Design
Process
Step One: Initial Consultation
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. When you first meet with our team at the inspiration showroom, we'll show you some of the designs that we have on display. From there we'll get a better idea of what you like, what you dislike and take those ideas to begin to build an overall picture of what you want your new bespoke media wall or fireplace to look like.
Step Two: Guideline Price
Once we have this overall picture we will be able to give you a guideline price of what your media wall or fireplace will cost, subject to survey where we will iron out any additional works required if any. If the price is to your satisfaction we can proceed with a small deposit and continue to step three.
Step Three: Home Survey
The home survey is your first chance to meet with the installation team who will be installing your new fireplace or media wall. The survey team will take all relevant measurements and let you know of anything you need to do before we come to install your new focal point.
Step Four: Final Design and Manufacture
Once we have your survey report, we will amend any designs as required and send you a final render of your choice of media wall based on what you've discussed with us so far and send it to you. We can then begin to tweak this design until your satisfied before sending it to our manufacturing team.
Step Five: Delivery & Installation
Once your media wall or fireplace has been manufactured we can then proceed to deliver and install. Installations take no more than one day typically but due to the nature of what we do often require 2-3 men and specialised skills to work with natural gas and solid fuel products. As soon as your fireplace or media wall has been installed we will do a product demonstration for your and show you how to activate your warranty. Congratulations, you're now the proud owner of a bespoke one-of-a-kind focal point.
